Genie transacted over $100 million in purchases and sales of real estate. In her first year working with Coldwell Banker, she received the Rising Star Award, given to one new licensed agent in the entire Chicagoland Coldwell Banker Company. The subsequent year she received the Preserving the Trust award in the same company for outstanding service and going above and beyond for a client. That is the way Genie has always treated and worked with her clients from the beginning of her career to 30 years later.
