Genie transacted over $100 million in purchases and sales of real estate. She has worked with numerous inbound and outbound international clients and has represented clients in hundreds of transactions throughout her career. From helping clients in their short sales and foreclosures to traditional sales in finding the right home, Genie will work with you to exceed your service expectations in buying or selling a home or condo. In her first year working with Coldwell Banker, she received the Rising Star Award, given to one new licensed agent in the entire Chicagoland Coldwell Banker Company. The subsequent year she received the Preserving the Trust award in the same company for outstanding service and going above and beyond for a client. That is the way Genie has always treated and worked with her clients from the beginning of her career to 30 years later.
